SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Arlington Autism Center, 7511 US Highway 287 Frontage Road, Arlington, TX 76001, phone (817) 538-3649. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Arlington Autism Center sends text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive them. Messages relate to autism evaluation and ABA therapy services and include:
- Appointment reminders, confirmations, and changes
- Consultation scheduling and follow-up
- Intake, paperwork, and insurance verification reminders
- Replies to questions you send us
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the contact or consultation request form at arlingtonautismcenter.com and submitting the form.
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on an Arlington Autism Center lead form served through Facebook or Instagram and submitting the form.
- Replying to a text message from us, or texting us at a number we have published for text communication.
Consent checkboxes are never pre-checked. The consent language shown at each opt-in point reads:
By checking this box, I agree to receive appointment and consultation text messages from Arlington Autism Center at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to contact us, schedule an evaluation, or receive services from Arlington Autism Center.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and your appointment schedule. Most individuals receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive. Arlington Autism Center does not charge a fee for text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by calling (817) 538-3649 or emailing contact@arlingtonautismcenter.com.
Opting out of text messages does not end your relationship with Arlington Autism Center and does not affect your ability to receive services. We will still be able to reach you by phone and email.
6. Help
Reply HELP for help. Replying HELP to any message returns our contact information. You can also reach us at (817) 538-3649 or contact@arlingtonautismcenter.com.
7. Supported Carriers
Carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy and Your Mobile Information
Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Content and Security
Text messaging is not a secure or encrypted channel. Our messages are limited to scheduling and logistical content. Please do not send clinical details, diagnostic information, or insurance identification numbers by text. For clinical communication, call us at (817) 538-3649 or use the secure channels provided at intake.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions. Changes are posted on this page with a revised Last updated date.
